Somehow along the way we lost focus on the basic skills we used as kids on the playground.
We lost the functional strength that makes a body sound and free from pain. Our perception of being fit became something else altogether.
Well it's time to go back! Back to the days when we trained our bodies to be healthy and strong simply by utilizing our own body as resistance and using basic tools like dead weights and free-form moving objects to promote stability and free range of movement.
