below to sign up for your complimentary 21 day fitness study.
PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
YOU MUST:
•Be age 23 and over
•Not be exercising regularly
•Agree to follow a supervised 21 day training program with moderate exercise for 60 minutes 2-3 times per week
•Take a supervised fitness profile at the start and at the end of the 21 day program
•Not be a current MAC member or member of any kind in the last 6 months
