Kerry has been working for the MAC since 2006, starting at the 9W club, and then moving to the Plaza location as its Director of Personal Training. As a lifelong athlete, Kerry has always been focused on fitness and nutrition, primarily to stave off a family history of diabetes and high blood pressure. Currently, she is an active dancer in Community Theatre, in addition to training for her first marathon.

Juli has been with the MAC for over three years now, and it’s hard to imagine it here without her! She decided to pursue a career in fitness after helping her mother learn how to work out and lose weight, and she has now helped countless MAC members of all fitness levels reach their goals. Juli is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, which gives her extensive knowledge of the human body and recovering from injuries.
Juli’s motivation, support, and great love for fitness keep MAC Members coming to her time and time again. In fact, in 2010 Juli was awarded the very first MAC Personal Training MVP Award!

Originally from the beautiful country of Colombia, Felix is fluent in both English and Spanish. Michelle decided to become a Personal Trainer after having successfully coached herself through an incredible 100lb weight loss. Through education and determination, she has also become an avid runner, and regularly competes in 5k, half marathon, and full marathon races. She is also certified to instruct in Kettlebell Training, a dynamic workout incorporating strength, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility.
Because she understands what being out of shape feels like, Michelle is driven to help others gain the confidence they need to push past their self perceived limits and reach their fitness goals.

Dan comes to MAC Fitness with an extensive athletic background. After his own athletic career faltered because of improper nutrition and incorrect training, he became frustrated and began an exhaustive research regime. He was able to further his own fitness due to his studies, and now is driven to share his knowledge with others. In his spare time, Dan is a volunteer Varsity Football coach. Dan’s passion about fitness and nutrition has made him a fast favorite among MAC members.

Starr has been passionate about fitness for many years, and recently decided to turn her passion into a career by becoming a Personal Trainer. She is inspired by the confidence in herself that fitness has given her, and is motivated to help others find that confidence as well. She loves motivating her clients to realize that they are stronger than they know. Starr’s personal fitness journey began with just 7 minutes on an elliptical, and she has now completed a 10k and a half marathon. We are so proud to announce that in November of 2011, Starr completed the Philadelphia Marathon!
Starr’s endless enthusiasm and positive attitude have endeared her to members of all ages, and she is quickly becoming one of MAC’s busiest Trainers.

Micah comes to the MAC from Texas, and has and has become a vital part of our Training Team, thanks to her warm smile and positive attitude. Her persistent self-study has given her the knowledge and skills to educate clients effectively, while progressing to their goals. She is also certified in MAT, a technique designed to evaluate and treat muscular imbalances.
Her empathy and encouragement has made her a quick favorite among MAC Members.

Mike can be found at MAC Fitness during the warmer months of the year, spending his winters in beautiful, sunny Florida. Mike has been committed to his own fitness for his entire life, and decided to become a Personal Trainer after seeing a few of his friends’ need for guidance in the Fitness field. An avid golfer, Mike has mastered the skills needed to keep his athletic performance high while limiting chances for injury, and has helped many MAC members achieve similar goals.
Mike’s gentle yet firm demeanor on the fitness floor, as well as his positive, easy going nature, have made him a fond fixture at MAC Fitness.

Andrew comes to MAC Fitness with a lifelong involvement with sports, competing in Basketball, Baseball, and Track in High School. During his college years, he became a Strength and Conditioning Coach, and decided to turn his passion for fitness into a career.
Andrew is motivated by working with other people and helping them break goals down into smaller, easily attainable goals.
Andrew’s easy going personality but disciplined training presence has quickly made him a popular Personal Trainer.
