Expertise/Specialization:
Weight Loss
Pre-natal
Balance and Core Training
Bio:
From being a gymnast for 10 years, and having a mother in the fitness industry, I have always been interested in how the body works and how it can be trained.
After several knee injuries, surgeries, and rehabilitations I became dedicated to learning how to work around the restrictions that were brought upon me. I also started to research other common injuries, how to prevent them, and proper body mechanics. This developed my interest in becoming a personal trainer.
When I became pregnant I thought that this is the one time in my life I can eat anything I want. After my daughter was born I stepped on the scale to find myself 60lbs heavier than before. Determined to regain my old figure, I embarked on a plan that would test all that I had learned from my experience, while becoming a trainer.
Now at my pre-pregnancy weight again, I am committed to guiding others with the same issues through their post-pregnancy weight loss and getting there figure back. I became a personal trainer to help others adopt a healthy lifestyle in an efficient and effective way.
