A Radical Approach to Speed Training for Youth Athletes, this program allows the athlete to train an unlimited amount of times per week for a low monthly fee. This is an easy way for athletes to get into top shape and train throughout the year to maximize results. This training incorporates Parisi’s Signature Speed Training Methods and the latest in Performance and Strength Training. This program uses exciting modalities like Medicine Balls, Swiss Balls, Resistance Bands, Partner Body Weight Exercises, Ladder Exercises, Resisted Running, Plyometrics and Yoga. The athlete first completes a Comprehensive Evaluation to assess strengths and weaknesses. Then the athlete will be placed in one of two levels to perform conditioning classes depending upon performance and age.
Level I – Youth Conditioning for ages 7 through 12
Level II – Sports Conditioning for ages 13 and above
Step 1: Evaluate: Every athlete begins our program with a mandatory evaluation. We use the evaluation to access and group your athlete.
Step 2: Review Results: Immediately after the evaluation, our testing expert will discuss the results, and explain which program is the best for your athlete according to his or her needs.
