As a former cross country runner Kerry has always been focused on health and nutrition. For Kerry watching the process one goes through after starting a fitness program is just as exciting as seeing people reach their fitness goals.

Dan comes to MAC Fitness with an extensive athletic background. After his own athletic career faltered because of improper nutrition and incorrect training, he became frustrated and began an exhaustive research regime. He was able to further his own fitness due to his studies, and now is driven to share his knowledge with others. In his spare time, Dan is a volunteer Varsity Football coach.

When Donnie reached 300 pounds of body weight he decided it was time for a change. So he began going to the gym and within 6 months and some great help and hard work....he lost an amazing 100 pounds!
Being a very unhealthy person before, he knew how easy it was to fall into a trap. As a result "I want to help people reach their goals and start feeling better."
