Exercise Of The Week- The Bosu Walkover Pushup

This week’s EOW is not your mama’s pushup!  By combining a standard pushup with the Bosu Trainer, you’re not only getting all the upper body sculpting benefits of a pushup, but you’re also getting a great core workout as well!  Watch as Juli demonstrates:

 

 Beginners should start out with pushups against a wall or on their knees.  After you can do 15 pushups on your knees with good form, it’s time to try a few on your toes.  When those are no longer a challenge,  attempt the Bosu Walkover Pushup.
