Mac Fitness Instructors
Each cycle instructor is unique in their teaching style and music selection. All Mac fitness cycle instructors are certified, providing you with the very best of instruction. Make sure you meet them all and say hello.
Below is a schedule of cycle classes, the instructor who teaches, and time of class. Pick a class that is convenient for you and have fun!
CLASS GUIDELINES AND SUGGESTIONS:
*RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Stop by or call 338.2887 up to 48 hours before each class.
*Be on time for class, or arrive early if it’s your first time so the instructor can help you with your settings.
*Please no cell phones, iPods or excessive talking. This is a distraction to the instructor and fellow riders.
*CLASSES ARE APPROX. 50 minutes PLEASE BRING A TOWEL AND PLENTY OF WATER.
*Train at a level that is comfortable and stay in control. Your health and safety are our top priority.
*Thursday morning class is an introduction to the cycling but it is suitable for all levels.
